How do I choose the right Step Series model for my iPad?
Open Settings → General → About to check your iPad model, then select the matching option from the MODEL menu on this page. Step Series is available for multiple iPad models, so please make sure you select the correct version before purchasing.
Can I connect the keyboard to two devices?
Step Series supports two wireless channels. Pair your devices with the two channels, then press Fn + Q or Fn + W to switch between them.
Can I use the protective case without the keyboard?
Yes. The magnetic keyboard is detachable, so you can remove it whenever you want to use your iPad as a tablet while keeping it in the protective case.
How do I control the keyboard backlight?
Step Series features 7 backlight colors and 3 brightness levels. Use the corresponding backlight keys on the keyboard to adjust the color and brightness.
Does Step Series have an Apple Pencil holder?
Yes. Step Series includes a built-in pencil holder to keep your Apple Pencil securely stored and easy to access. Apple Pencil is not included.
Does the Apple Pencil holder support charging?
The built-in holder keeps your Apple Pencil securely stored and easy to access. Apple Pencil charging support depends on your iPad and Apple Pencil model. Please note that iPad 10th Gen and iPad 11th Gen (A16) do not support magnetic Apple Pencil charging.
