amazing keyboard, mouse ok
i am a tough keyboard critic.
i read a few of the reviews here...
i understand those who like longer stroke keys, this is NOT that...very short stroke keyboards
i used to be the same way, loved long strokes, like the original IBM keyboards in the 80s
But, my brain made the switch, now i would never go back...why? short key strokes enable much faster typing as each stroke is prob. 70% less distance.
But some people i know still like a bigger mechanical key stroke, maybe some brains can not make the conversion, dunno, ymmv. I own a lot of keyboards, mostly big names, logitech, microsoft, etc. always looking for the holy grail.... i found it with this keyboard.
what i love about this keyboard
size of each key is superb, very few misses....
the size of the keyboard is very compact, yet all keys are easy to identify by feel, great for travel, or couch use.
the backlight is superb, i work in darker rooms a lot and have waited a long time for a high quality back lit keyboard. i cam adj back light volume, nice....
the keyboard cover is superb, you can remove it, wash it, and return it... this is the wave of the future for sanitary reasons, cv taught us a lot. the cover is barely noticeable when typing...
the usb port makes for fast re charging
mating happened immediately, no work on my part, automatic...
the instructions were written well, no Chenglish
the key functions are too many to mention, which i use very little of...
the mouse is too slim for my taste, i have bigger hands... but for travel, its fine...
if the mouse did not even come with this, i would still give it 5 stars, the mouse is just a bonus imo.
as the value of the keyboard alone justify 5 stars at this price point
if you like short keystrokes, compact and backlit, this is a gem, highly recommended....

Looks great, labels for Mac and PC, rechargable batteries
Pretty decent keyboard and mouse set. Comes with a single USB dongle that works for both mouse and keyboard, and it's all plug and play. Charging is done with the USB-C cable and one charge seems to last a long time. The keyboard sleeps about a minute or so after not using it, and the lights go off when it's sleeping. No need to turn the switch off unless you won't be using it for a long time.
The lights on the keyboard look nice but are fairly basic. You can select between several colors or turn them off and there is a brightness adjustment. The keyboard layout is the standard full size layout and I found it easy to adjust to coming from a mechanical keyboard. This feels a lot like the OEM apple keyboards, although not quite as nice quality.
The mouse is a lightweight, cheap feeling unit but it works fine. Scroll wheel is pretty smooth but there are no extra buttons on the side so it's not useful for gaming. There are 2 top buttons for DPI and show desktop, useful but overall I am not a huge fan of the mouse and ended up sticking to my Logitech unit. I do really like the keyboard though and I charge it once a week at the end of the day and it's always been charged when I need it.
I think the keyboard alone is worth the price, the mouse is sort of an extra for people who may need it. Quality seems good so far, and aside from the keys being a little slippery, I can type fairly fast on them. I think they are getting more grip as I use them. Overall, a good keyboard and mouse combo. I really like the rechargeable battery and backlighting. It's clean enough to use in an office environment without looking silly and is great if you have trouble reading the keys in darker workspaces.
